Current Consensus

Two-Weapon Fighting: Fight with a weapon in each hand. The penalties are steep without light off-hand weapons and good Dex. Needs a pile of follow-up feats to really work. Full TWF builds are feat-intensive but the damage ceiling is high if you can land all the hits.
