Current Consensus

Weapon Finesse: Use Dex instead of Str for light weapon attack rolls. Opens up Dex-based melee builds but doesn't add Dex to damage without extra work. You still need a way to get damage going, usually through sneak attack or Shadow Blade. Good enabler, not a complete solution.
