Strongheart Halfling: A Halfling that trades the +1 to all saves for a bonus feat. That's almost always a better deal. You still get the Small size benefits and Dex bonus, but now you also get a feat at level 1 like a Human. One of the best LA +0 races in the game if your DM allows Realms content.
